a viewfinder is how a photographer frames the world. view-finder is all about perspective; how do you frame your world? thats how we approach product - with thoughtful design inspired by the way I see things, giving you the freedom to make it your own.

I started view-finder in 2022 as a high school student in dallas, tx. my only goal was to create clothing from a genuine, creative place while keeping prices within reach. nearly five years later, a lot has changed, but that idea hasn't.

after graduating highschool in 2023, I packed up everything and moved to brooklyn, ny. at the time, I believed the only way to truly learn fashion was to immerse myself in one of its creative capitals. over those few years, I had the opportunity to work in several incredible studios alongside talented people who pushed me to grow.

this spring, I accepted a position that provided the stability to invest even more into view-finder. shortly thereafter, I transferred back to tx, giving me the opportunity to continue building the brand with lower overhead, more time to design, and the ability to offer better garments at more considerate prices.

view-finder always has, and always will be, a tx business.

its been impossible to write this about page, to include everything we've done - from local markets to NYFW runways and pop-ups. I'm so grateful for all the support over these years, and feel so blessed for everywhere this thing has taken me.

we'll keep making better products, year after year, until the wheels fall off.
